Dispute Resolution

We ensure we understand our clients' commercial and individual objectives. Based on that understanding we work with our clients to use the appropriate dispute resolution process - including litigation if necessary - to achieve those objectives.

Members of the department are experienced in acting for parties in disputes in all civil courts in England and Wales. The department also has members who advise on arbitrations, neutral evaluation and mediations. Gordon Adam is an accredited CEDR mediator.
