The commercial transactions dealt with sub-divide into Development and Landlord & Tenant areas. A full legal service is offered to clients with a requirement for commercial property advice including advice on the acquisition of land for development, joint venture and funding documentation, building contracts and professional appointments, planning and environmental considerations.

With regard to residential property, all aspects of conveyancing are dealt with for both freehold and leasehold interests.
