Gordon is an experienced dispute resolution practitioner, having trained and practised as a barrister before qualifying as a solicitor. In 2000 he became an accredited CEDR mediator and has since then been active both as a mediator and as an advocate for clients in mediations.
Gordon's areas of expertise include commercial disputes, professional negligence, cross-border disputes (especially involving German-speaking jurisdictions), acting for court-appointed receivers, partnership law and boardroom disputes.
Gordon is a member of the Association of Partnership Practitioners and Secretary to the International Committee of the City of Westminster and Holborn Law Society |
